Information on summer access to Lexis, Bloomberg Law, and Westlaw for students who are NOT graduating in May:
Lexis has no restrictions on use over the summer, and you do not have to do anything to extend your password.
Bloomberg Law has no restrictions on use over the summer, and you do not have to do anything to extend your password.
Westlaw has not provided information on summer access yet, but for the last few years they have required that you extend your password for the summer to have full access to Westlaw. We will update this information once we get it. (Westlaw generally emails students about summer access.)
Information on access to Lexis, Bloomberg Law, and Westlaw for students who ARE graduating in May:
Lexis gives full access to students graduating in May 2017 for six months. Graduates working for a public interest organization may sign up for the Lexis ASPIRE Program, which permits job-related access to Lexis Advance for the duration of the public interest work.
Bloomberg Law allows access to graduating students for six months after graduation. You do not need to do anything to extend your access.
Westlaw has not yet provided this information. We will update this information once we get it. (Westlaw generally emails graduating students about this as well.)
