The United States Sentencing Commission published its 2011 Federal Sentencing Guidelines Manual, which is available online in HTML or PDF formats. It is effective as of November 1, 2011. The sentencing table is revised and effective also as of November 1, 2011. The website also offers the Guidelines Manual Archives, which include Guideline Manuals going back to 1994. Besides the current version and archives of the guidelines manual, the website also offers an overview of all the proposed amendments organized by year and organizational guidelines.
